Revelation to revolution,
Love was His weapon,
Him who brought Him,
Naught broken nor bent.
Whence the apple conceived,
He made Him who would be He,
Before Adam and his just love,
Eve of Paradise, redeemed.
He would be the plan,
Is the plan, the beginning,
Unchanged by decree, struck
When it was, as to be,
Perfectly, only to Him, alone,
Rid death from Adam's folly,
And Eve's knowing.
Adam the better trickster,
Plotted feeble pregnant seeds,
Greed upon deed, led
Eyes blind with clarity foreseen,
He to the front must, for thine,
Unquenchably suckling,
He now known, now seen.
Marvel birthed desire, to admire,
Hence destroy or redeem,
Impossible dream, no world
Without the love that is His lot?
Send a messenger,
None is home,
Plead afar,
None to receive?
Go thyself disguised as One,
Known breath of love,
already grieved?
Regret, gleaned by amuck desire,
His will, celebrated offspring,
Now be expired?
Grace, given more so,
Though neither received,
Take it all back, they will see,
His Greatness, His Love,
Eternally perceived,
Death is His death,
Alone, indeed.
